On Friday, April 14th our grade 9 IB students participated in the annual YCDSB Waterloo Math Team Competition hosted by St. Robert’s Catholic High School. 77 students participated in this event in teams of 6 students, ranging from all grades. Students were enthusiastic, showed their passion in mathematics and competitive nature. On behalf of your coaches, Mrs. Cerone, Mrs. Greco, Mrs. Morano and Mrs. Ranieri, it was a thrill to see our students collaborating, talking and getting excited about math.
A special shout out to our students who represented the youngest team at the competition: Noah Ceolin, Kishan Kasotharan, Angelina Pignataro, Maria Pitan, Milan Smolinger and Daniel Wafo.
