On April 10, HCCA Mathletes gave it their all, entering two teams into the annual York Catholic District School Board (YCDSB) Canadian Team Math Competition! The event featured three exciting rounds: relay, individual, and team challenges, testing both speed and strategy.
Our team delivered an outstanding performance, earning 1st place in the relay event and 3rd place in the individual event! To top it all off, HCCA proudly took home the Rising Stars Award, sponsored by Knowledgehook, bringing a trophy home to our school for the first time! Your math coaches are proud of both teams’ overall performance and positive energy throughout the competition!
